Sekiranya anda gagal menjelaskan, kenderaan anda akan disenaraihitamkan oleh Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan.<\/p><p><strong>1. Ingkar lampu isyarat (Saman dari kaunter polis)<\/strong><br \/>To settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.<\/p><p><strong>4. Memandu laju (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan AES atau Perangkap Laju Polis)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department AES \u2013 to settle at the Road Transport Department counter<br \/>Police speed trap \u2013 to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at police station.<\/p><p><strong>5. Kenderaan yang membawa terlalu ramai orang (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department summons \u2013 to settle at Road Transport Department counter.<br \/>Traffic summons \u2013 to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.<\/p><p><strong>6. Memasuki jalan sehala (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department summons \u2013 to settle at Road Transport Department counter<br \/>Traffic summons \u2013 to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.<\/p><p><strong>7. Kegagalan untuk memaparkan nombor plat kenderaan anda (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department Summon \u2013 to settle at Road Transport Department counter after inspection by Road Transport Department Officer<br \/>Traffic Summon \u2013 to settle in Court.<\/p><p><strong>8. Tidak memakai tali pinggang keledar (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Must settle in Court.<\/p><p><strong>9. Tidak memakai topi keledar ~penunggang motosikal~<\/strong><br \/><strong>(Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department summons \u2013 to settle at Road Transport Department counter<br \/>Traffic summons \u2013 to settle at traffic police counter.<\/p><p><strong>10. Tidur atau cuai semasa memandu dan menyebabkan kemalangan (Saman daripada PDRM)<\/strong><br \/>To settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at a police station<\/p><p><strong>11. Menggunakan telefon bimbit atau peranti lain semasa memandu (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Must settle in Court<\/p><p><strong>12. Menjadi bahaya dengan berhenti di sepanjang jalan (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department summons \u2013 to settle at Road Transport Department counter.<br \/>Traffic summons \u2013 to settle at traffic police counter.<\/p><p><strong>13. Memandu dalam keadaan mabuk (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)<\/strong><br \/>The Road Transport Department or traffic will tow the vehicle and the driver will get locked up by the Road Transport Department or Traffic Counter. The settlement will be going through Court.<\/p><p><strong>14. Tempat letak kereta haram (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik atau Majlis Bandaraya)<\/strong><br \/>Road Transport Department summon RM150 or RM200 or RM300 and the rest is based on individual authority.<\/p><p><strong>15. Tiada tiket letak kereta (Saman daripada Majlis Bandaraya)<\/strong><br \/>If failed to settle, the City council will propose to Road Transport Department to blacklist the vehicle.<\/p><p><strong>16.On the road without Insurance and LKM (Summon from traffic summon or Road Transport Department) <br \/><\/strong>Traffic Police Summons: A fine of RM300 for not having insurance and another RM300 for<br \/>not having LKM \u2014 totaling RM600.If the fines are not paid promptly at the traffic police<br \/>counter, your vehicle may be blacklisted.Road Transport Department (JPJ)<br \/>Summons:JPJ officers have the authority to clamp or tow your vehicle if it\u2019s found without<br \/>valid insurance or LKM.<br \/>You\u2019ll need to attend court, where the estimated fines are RM600 for no insurance and<br \/>RM600 for no LKM, bringing the minimum total fine to RM1,200.<\/p><p><strong>17.
