Berikut adalah beberapa maklumat untuk dikongsikan tentang 18 kesalahan biasa di Malaysia. Sekiranya anda gagal menjelaskan, kenderaan anda akan disenaraihitamkan oleh Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan.
1. Memandu, parkir di lorong kecemasan
Summon from the Road Transport Department or traffic summon and settle in Court.
2. Memotong kenderaan lain dengan cara yang berbahaya (atau dari sebelah kiri)
Summon from the Road Transport Department or traffic summon and settle in Court.
3. Ingkar lampu isyarat (Saman dari kaunter polis)
To settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.
4. Memandu laju (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan AES atau Perangkap Laju Polis)
Road Transport Department AES – to settle at the Road Transport Department counter
Police speed trap – to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at police station.
5. Kenderaan yang membawa terlalu ramai orang (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)
Road Transport Department summons – to settle at Road Transport Department counter.
Traffic summons – to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.
6. Memasuki jalan sehala (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)
Road Transport Department summons – to settle at Road Transport Department counter
Traffic summons – to settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at the police station.
7. Kegagalan untuk memaparkan nombor plat kenderaan anda (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)
Road Transport Department Summon – to settle at Road Transport Department counter after inspection by Road Transport Department Officer
Traffic Summon – to settle in Court.
8. Tidak memakai tali pinggang keledar (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)
Must settle in Court.
9. Tidak memakai topi keledar ~penunggang motosikal~
(Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)
Road Transport Department summons – to settle at Road Transport Department counter
Traffic summons – to settle at traffic police counter.
10. Tidur atau cuai semasa memandu dan menyebabkan kemalangan (Saman daripada PDRM)
To settle at the traffic police counter or in Court if unable to settle at a police station
11. Menggunakan telefon bimbit atau peranti lain semasa memandu (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)
Must settle in Court
12. Menjadi bahaya dengan berhenti di sepanjang jalan (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman Trafik)
Road Transport Department summons – to settle at Road Transport Department counter.
Traffic summons – to settle at traffic police counter.
13. Memandu dalam keadaan mabuk (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik)
The Road Transport Department or traffic will tow the vehicle and the driver will get locked up by the Road Transport Department or Traffic Counter. The settlement will be going through Court.
14. Tempat letak kereta haram (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan atau saman trafik atau Majlis Bandaraya)
Road Transport Department summon RM150 or RM200 or RM300 and the rest is based on individual authority.
15. Tiada tiket letak kereta (Saman daripada Majlis Bandaraya)
If failed to settle, the City council will propose to Road Transport Department to blacklist the vehicle.
16.On the road without Insurance and LKM (Summon from traffic summon or Road Transport Department)
Traffic Police Summons: A fine of RM300 for not having insurance and another RM300 for
not having LKM — totaling RM600.If the fines are not paid promptly at the traffic police
counter, your vehicle may be blacklisted.Road Transport Department (JPJ)
Summons:JPJ officers have the authority to clamp or tow your vehicle if it’s found without
valid insurance or LKM.
You’ll need to attend court, where the estimated fines are RM600 for no insurance and
RM600 for no LKM, bringing the minimum total fine to RM1,200.
17. Kaca berwarna melebihi paras peratusan (Saman daripada Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan)
